Kate came to stay with our sweet Shih Tzus, Lacy & Coco, over the Christmas holiday in Tokyo. Kate was the first respondent to our inquiry and we loved her reviews and recommendations on trustedhoursitters.com. As luck would have it, she was scheduled to be in Japan during the time we needed help.
We met her over Facebook and signed right up! Kate is very easygoing, good-natured and was incredibly respectful of us, our home and, most importantly, our girls! She took the time to learn about them individually, as they are both quite different and she was so kind to them which, to us, is all that mattered. She provided us with updates and photos every day while we were gone and it made us happy to know they were in such good hands. She was also on top of all the logistics which, in Tokyo, are very complicated.
Kate is very openminded, adventurous, intelligent and nice. Our home was spotless when we returned and the girls were happy. I have already asked her to come back and will continue to do so in the future!
