This was, without a doubt, the best scenario I could have hoped for. Kate is a kind, warm, and caring individual. As it was the first time I’ve used Trusted Housesitters I was hesitant, but she helped guide me through the process, was flexible in meeting us, and exuded competence from the moment I met her. While we were away she cared for both our home and our 6 year old small breed dog. She had read the welcome package I had sent thoroughly, because she knew what to do when our dog did start to make choking noises! We arrived home to a healthy, well cared-for pet, some baking on the counter, and a spotless home. I can’t say enough about Kate’s demeanor… she is full of calm and peace… really a lovely individual. I’m hopeful we will meet again in the future.
