One could not ask for more in terms of a landlady. Kate was my landlady for 3+ years and was caring, compassionate and sooooo responsive if anything came up. Kate is one of the most responsible people I know and is completely solution-focused when problems come up.
She is also among the most empathic people I know which makes Kate a great & really interesting conversationalist. Now that I am a homeowner again, Kate is my first choice of housesitters!
